In order to make sure that the return of the item is carried out in the best possible conditions, please find below the terms and conditions required for its proper functioning. Please note that we only accept items that meet the following conditions:
the Cahu article must always have its label;
the Cahu article must not show any handling (no creases, no scratches, or other traces due to any other handling not related to its fitting...);
the Cahu article must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as the Cahu company sent the article.
To fold your bag correctly before sending it back, please follow the folding instructions.
If your bag is damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damaged package
of the damaged package within 12 hours of receipt. Concerning the expenses relative to the expedition:
the transport/return costs are charged to the customer;
In case of non-acceptance of the Cahu article due to the non-respect of one or more of the return conditions, the Cahu article will be returned to the customer and at his expense. Once these terms and conditions have been met, the agreed upon transaction of the Cahu item will be completed immediately.
