When iconic design meets innovation
The CAHU x K-WAY collaboration was a natural fit. Clémence Cahu has long admired K-WAY’s strategy: a perfect essential, available in various sizes and colors, designed for everyone – men, women, and kids – and distributed worldwide. K-WAY’s expertise in retail, brand strategy, and product identity has made it a strong reference in France and beyond.
The turning point? An iconic K-WAY campaign featuring a top shot of silhouettes dressed in signature colors, forming a true rainbow statement. Clémence instantly saw the connection with CAHU’s universe, where color and material are at the core of the design. It was meant to be. She reached out to K-WAY’s Paris showroom, and the idea became clear: merging the iconic materials of both brands – CAHU’s signature PVC and K-WAY’s legendary nylon.
A groundbreaking design: the iconic zip as a key feature
The collaboration revolves around a key detail: K-WAY's iconic zipper, which becomes a structural element of the design. Positioned at the center of the bag, it merges the two materials while remaining visible both inside and out, showcasing the technical expertise of both brands. This approach introduces unprecedented modularity, allowing for playful combinations of colors and formats.


A major milestone: CAHU debuts on K-WAY's runway
For the first time ever, K-WAY is featuring another brand in its official runway show. The CAHU x K-WAY bags will debut at the K-WAY show on February 25th at 7 PM in Milan. A strategic event that reinforces CAHU’s international positioning and highlights the power of this collaboration.
